Plain English, no legal fog: here's what we collect on this site, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Last updated July 6, 2026.
What we collect, and why
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, request an inspection, or use the instant quote tool, we receive what you enter — typically your name, phone number, email, address, and a description of what your roof needs. We use it for exactly one thing: responding to your request and doing the work you asked about.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can make it better:
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on page, and general (city-level) location. Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session recordings and heatmaps (where visitors scroll and click). Clarity masks sensitive content and is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- DemandIQ — powers the instant quote tool; information you enter there is processed under its own terms, shown in the tool.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with marketers. Your information goes into our own customer records and nowhere else, except the service providers above that make the website function, and anything the law requires.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number — on a form, on the phone, or in person — you consent to receive text messages from Bailey Roofing & Exteriors about your project: scheduling, inspection results, quotes, crew arrival updates, and follow-up questions. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us, and we text about your work — not marketing blasts.
- Message frequency varies with project activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (303) 993-3739.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies
The analytics tools above use cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them. Most browsers also offer private browsing modes that discard cookies automatically.
How long we keep it
Customer records (quotes, contracts, job documentation, warranty registrations) are kept for as long as your warranty runs — that's the point of them. Analytics data is retained on Google's and Microsoft's standard schedules.

Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers; we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly change the rules on you.
