Most asphalt shingle roof replacements in Denver run $9,000–$22,000 depending on size, pitch, and material. Common repairs run $350–$1,500. GoNano roof coatings cost roughly one-third of a replacement. Every Bailey quote is free, written, and line-item — no surprises on invoice day.

"Quick, efficient, left no debris behind, and the results were beautiful. Their attention to detail and communication throughout the process was exceptional."
"I highly recommend Bailey Roofing — they did a full roof replacement for me a year ago and were excellent. Brian and the team handled everything, including the insurance side."
"Daniel was wonderfully responsive, prompt and helpful. He showed up the next day for our skylight leak and went above and beyond — even touching up other spots before the next snow."

How much does roofing work cost in Denver?
Most asphalt shingle replacements run $9,000–$22,000. Common repairs run $350–$1,500. GoNano coatings cost roughly one-third of replacement. Free written quotes on all of it.
Should I repair or replace my roof?
Under 15 years old with isolated damage: repair. Over 20 years with widespread granule loss or recurring leaks: replacement pays for itself. In between and structurally sound: ask us about GoNano. We'll show you photos and let the roof make the argument.
What shingle brands do you install?
Owens Corning, GAF, and CertainTeed asphalt systems, plus metal and tile. We're certified with all three shingle manufacturers, which unlocks their strongest warranties. Class 4 impact-rated options available from each.
Does insurance cover roof damage in Colorado?
Most Colorado policies cover hail and wind damage, minus your deductible, and you generally have one year from the storm date to file. Our hail damage guide covers the whole process.
How long does the work take?
Typical shingle replacement: 1–2 days. Tile, metal, or complex multi-pitch: 3–5 days. Most repairs: a single visit. GoNano application: usually one day.
Do you handle commercial, HOA, or solar roof work?
Yes. Commercial roofing — inspections, repairs, and installation — plus HOA and multi-family communities. Recent example: a full condominium-complex reroof at Chateau Tremonte in Vail (2023), Owens Corning Duration Storm Class 4 across the community. For solar: we do panel detach-and-reset when your roof needs work under existing panels, and we're trained to install solar roof shingles. Honestly, most of our volume today is traditional roofing, and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit for your solar project. Call 303.993.3739.
Do you install gutters?
Yes — lots of them. 5-inch aluminum and steel (aluminum is the workhorse), 6-inch oversized systems, standard and oversized downspouts, and copper — including custom copper gutters and downspouts. We also install Bulldog and wire-mesh gutter guards to keep the cottonwood fluff and pine needles out. Often done with a roof replacement, but standalone gutter jobs are welcome.
